Since I know nothing about the system I will not be doing any adjustments to the system. The installer took all of the empty boxes with him when he was finished with the job. The installer was very courteous and friendly.

I hope the product lives up to their presentations and our expectations. I'm in the same boat as all these other complaints unfulfilled warranty request going on 3-years and nothing has been done about it. What I think is funny the BBB revoked New Leafs Accreditation; however if you look on their website they are still saying they still have their Accreditation. I guess I'm disappointed in this whole process.
Newleaf should have their contractor license revoked by the state. Perhaps a class action lawsuit would help resolve the issues. Threatening Newleaf with legal action does not seem to cause any motivation to fix the issues.

Was not asked prior to installing the walls if the material was the correct a ordered hence, the ceiling was actually supposed to match the walls. Save your time and money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Original promise of project to be done was not fulfilled. Didn't measure shower properly so shower door measurements was incorrect causing inconvenience to us property owner. Subcontractor was excellent on trying to meet homeowners expectations. Both the sales rep and installer were thorough, respectful, and helpful.

He allowed me to watch part of the time and concluded his install with the new appliances neatly installed in the scheduled time we had arranged. Set a price, ordered system right then. Next day a serviceman showed up and was extremely knowledgable about his work and very courteous and polite. He put in the system in a day and did a beautiful job. It was great that the representative showed me how to adjust the system if I needed to.
The installers did complete most of the job, I will give them that. I was told they were to remove the older system and put it in the garage. Showed up an hour late and in and in a mini van with nothing identifying them. Our moderators read all reviews to verify quality and helpfulness.
