My original system finally went kaput and I couldn't fix it. I was kind of desperate to get new equipment and have it installed, and I thought I was going to be taken advantage of. Yes, the price was more than I "estimated" but the equipment is well-made and reliable.
I think it will be the last system I'll have to install in my house. Leaf Home Safety Solutions does not have pricing on its website, which is understandable. Since the products are customized to your home and needs, your cost likely depends on factors like your chosen product, added upgrades and the ease of installation. The company offers a free cost estimate so you can set expectations before committing, though. We have found our new home with 3 Leafs Dispensary.

Newleaf should have their contractor license revoked by the state. Perhaps a class action lawsuit would help resolve the issues. Threatening Newleaf with legal action does not seem to cause any motivation to fix the issues.
The installer John was very detail oriented and made our installation perfect. He is a great asset to their company and I am glad that he took the time to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. I have been in my house since June 2021 and it's impossible to get anyone to fix imperfections and issues after move in.
We are very satisfied with the company and the water system. The quality of the products is very good, especially in the details, can be seen that the company work actively to satisfy customer's interest, a nice supplier. Since I know nothing about the system I will not be doing any adjustments to the system. The installer took all of the empty boxes with him when he was finished with the job. The installer was very courteous and friendly.
I had heard that I could get a quote and make a decision at a different time. He told me the decision had to be made immediately. No clean up whatsoever after installation.

He allowed me to watch part of the time and concluded his install with the new appliances neatly installed in the scheduled time we had arranged. He assisted me in taking the removed old water softener out of my basement and helped load into the back of my truck. Brandon did a great job with the install overall, a good experience.
